What Is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order allows customers to reserve an item before it becomes officially available or arrives in stock. By placing a pre-order, you secure your purchase in advance and guarantee your place in the fulfillment queue.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time the pre-order is placed unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Your order will not be reserved until payment has been successfully completed.
Release Dates
Estimated release dates and shipping dates are provided by manufacturers and distributors and are subject to change without notice.
Pokemarketspot is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, shipping carriers, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping of Pre-Orders
Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they become available and are received at our fulfillment facility.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order may be held until all items are available for shipment unless otherwise specified.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation of a pre-order before the item has been processed for shipment.
Once a pre-order has been prepared for fulfillment or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Product Changes
Manufacturers may occasionally modify product packaging, contents, artwork, or release dates. Such changes are beyond our control and do not qualify as defects.
Allocation and Availability
In rare situations where a supplier cannot fulfill the allocated quantity, Pokemarketspot reserves the right to cancel affected orders and provide a full refund.
Orders are generally fulfilled in the order they were received.
Refunds
If a pre-order is canceled by Pokemarketspot due to supplier issues, stock shortages, or product discontinuation, customers will receive a full refund to their original payment method.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
