Refunds

Return Shipping Costs

In these cases, Pokemarketspot will cover the return shipping costs where applicable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return procedure outlined above.
