Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Pokemarketspot is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Pokemarketspot is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to assist where possible.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
